Our journey began within Japan’s healthcare landscape, yet our mission extends globally.

As a country leading the world in addressing the complexities of an aging society, Japan has already encountered challenges that other nations will inevitably face. In my experience as a physician, I’ve witnessed the hurdles of providing timely medical care and the intense burdens placed on healthcare professionals. These issues, reflecting a global dilemma of rising demand and a diminishing workforce, call for decisive action. To address them, embracing technological innovation and shifting away from labor-intensive structures are essential.

At Fast Doctor, we are determined to confront these challenges head-on, aiming to set a global standard in healthcare solutions. Our mission is to empower primary care, alleviate the strain on healthcare providers, and ultimately realize a society where everyone has access to safe and dependable medical services.

Our journey has only just begun. Together with our valued stakeholders, we are dedicated to building a new future for healthcare, one that is resilient, compassionate, and universally accessible.

CEO

We can no longer ignore the reality of rising healthcare demands being shouldered by a declining workforce. Just as many other industries have done, healthcare must harness technology to achieve significant productivity gains. For instance, in rice production, technological advancements led to a fourfold increase in output per hour between 1970 and 2000, enabling Japan to meet the needs of a rapidly growing population.

At Fast Doctor, we are committed to achieving similar productivity improvements in healthcare, ensuring that the next generation inherits world-leading standards in both quality and access to medical care. Indeed, Fast Doctor Technologies’ AI diagnostic support tools and telemedicine platform have, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully balanced improved operational efficiency for healthcare providers with enhanced access for patients.

Looking ahead, we will continue to listen to our stakeholders, working to unlock the full potential of healthcare in this country.
