Fast DOCTOR is a leading medical visit service in Japan. We work with an extensive doctor network to provide our patients with medical care at their homes or hotel rooms. Our doctors can perform various medical examinations for non-emergency medical treatment.
We are open at night and on holidays. You can schedule a doctor visit for your health problems by calling a doctor without the hassle of finding a hospital.
We cooperate with a medical translation company to provide comfortable, accessible medical care for visitors from various countries.

International Travel Insurance
Having your international travel insurance should cover the medical visit fee from Fast DOCTOR. In case it does not cover for you, we will refund in full*, to give you peace of mind during your stressful medical emergency.
*It depends on the travel insurance coverage.
*We only accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club. If the payment is not completed in advance, we will not be able to make a medical visit. If the credit card payment is unsuccessful, the cardholder should contact the card company for details.
*The actual reimbursement amount depends on the coverage of the international travel insurance you purchased.
*If you didn’t purchased any international travel insurance, the full amount ￥80,000+10% tax per visit must be paid in advance.

HOW TO USE
STEP.1
After your apppointment request is made on our website, you will receive an email with a Zoom invitation where we will evaluate your needs. Our operator will ask you a few questions and will help you make an appointment in English. (If you have a Japanese phone number, we will call you through the phone.)
STEP.2
After payment is received, your appointment will be confirmed.
STEP.3
The doctor and an assistant will arrive at your location for the medical visit.
STEP.4
If necessary, the doctor will prescribe medication.
STEP.5
After the treatment, the doctor will provide you a medical certificate. The receipt will be sent to your email within 72 business hours. After returning to your country, you may use these documents to apply for reimbursement from your international travel insurance if your condition is covered.
*If you have any requests for the medical certificate, please let the doctor know before the doctor leaves your room. We are not able to accomodate any request afterwards.

INSPECTION

Fast DOCTOR sends a doctor directly to the patient at their home or hotel. However, if the patient’s symptoms cannot be addressed during the medical visit, the doctor may refer the patient to a hospital for a more thorough examination or treatment.
